TERMS & CONDITIONS

Effective Date: [Insert Date]

Welcome to Atlanta Tent And Event (“Atlanta Tent And Event,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase or booking of our event planning, rental, wedding, décor, and related services.

By using this website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Services

Atlanta Tent And Event provides event-related services, including event planning, tent and equipment rentals, wedding packages, décor, coordination, and related services.

The specific services, products, quantities, pricing, event date, delivery details, setup and breakdown arrangements, and other requirements will be confirmed in your individual quote, proposal, invoice, booking confirmation, or service agreement.

A website description or package is for general information only and does not constitute a guarantee that a particular item, vendor, design, or service will be available for your event.

2. Quotes and Bookings

All quotes are subject to availability and may be subject to change until your booking has been confirmed in writing.

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

  • you have accepted the applicable proposal, quote, or agreement; and

  • any required deposit or payment has been received.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking where availability, venue requirements, safety considerations, or other circumstances make fulfillment impractical.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on the website may not include all applicable taxes, delivery fees, setup or breakdown charges, venue fees, damage waivers, additional rental items, or other event-specific costs unless expressly stated.

The total price and payment schedule applicable to your event will be stated in your quote, invoice, or booking agreement.

You agree to make all payments by the applicable due dates. Failure to make a required payment may result in cancellation, suspension of services, loss of availability, or additional charges as specified in your booking agreement.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms may vary depending on the type of service, event date, products reserved, and work already performed.

Unless otherwise stated in your signed booking agreement or invoice, deposits and payments may be non-refundable where we have reserved inventory, committed resources, purchased materials, engaged third-party vendors, or performed services specifically for your event.

Any applicable cancellation fees, refund amounts, or rescheduling terms will be stated in the applicable booking agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

5. Event Changes

Changes to your event, including changes to the event date, venue, guest count, equipment, décor, layout, or services, must be requested in writing.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requested changes, but changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.

Changes requested close to the event date may not be possible.

6. Rentals and Customer Responsibility

Where rental equipment or other physical property is provided, you agree to use the property only for its intended purpose and to take reasonable care of it.

You may be responsible for loss, theft, misuse, or damage to rental property beyond ordinary wear and tear, subject to the terms of your individual rental or booking agreement.

Rental property may not be moved, altered, modified, repaired, subleased, or transferred to another person or location without our prior approval.

7. Venue and Site Requirements

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the event venue, including access conditions, available space, parking, loading areas, permits, utilities, restrictions, and other relevant site conditions.

We are not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete venue information.

Certain installations may require venue approval, permits, utility access, or compliance with local regulations. The responsibility for obtaining such approvals will be identified in the applicable booking agreement.

8. Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

Outdoor events may be affected by weather, including severe storms, high winds, flooding, lightning, extreme temperatures, or other unsafe conditions.

For safety reasons, we may delay, modify, relocate, or cancel setup or use of equipment where weather or site conditions present a reasonable safety risk.

We will work with the customer in good faith to determine an appropriate alternative where reasonably possible. Any refunds, credits, rescheduling rights, or additional charges will be determined according to the applicable booking agreement and applicable law.

9. Third-Party Vendors

Some events may involve independent third-party vendors or service providers.

Where third-party vendors are involved, their services may be subject to separate terms and conditions. Atlanta Tent And Event is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, delays, or failures of third-party providers except to the extent required by applicable law.

10. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that information on our website is accurate and current. However, photographs, colors, dimensions, availability, product descriptions, package contents, and other information may occasionally vary.

We do not guarantee that the website will always be accurate, complete, current, or available without interruption.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a particular booking or service will not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Atlanta Tent And Event for that particular service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlanta Tent And Event and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of rental property, or negligent or unlawful conduct in connection with your event.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the website or our services will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Any legal action relating to these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Georgia, unless applicable law requires a different venue.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this website with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable quote, proposal, invoice, rental agreement, booking confirmation, service agreement, and Privacy Policy, constitute the agreement governing your use of our website and services, to the extent applicable.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement specifically relating to your event, the signed agreement will control.
